Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package at any time. Your data, settings and contracts are fully preserved. The difference in monthly fee is settled immediately.

When you reach the contract limit of your package, you can upgrade to the next tier. BASIS offers 5 contracts, PRO 50, and PRO CONNECT 150. Need unlimited contracts, custom integrations and a dedicated SLA? Then Enterprise is the right choice.
Yes, Financial Management (cleaning calculations) is available with every package, including BASIS. The price depends on the number of square metres you manage. Use the calculator at the top of the page to calculate your total price.

GRIP Facility operates on monthly billing. There is no mandatory annual contract term. You can cancel monthly, subject to a three-month notice period.
Complex enterprise ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics 365 fall under our Enterprise package. These are fundamentally different implementations that require custom work. Contact us for a tailored proposal.
