Frequently asked questions about pricing

Am I locked into an annual contract?

GRIP works with monthly billing. There is no mandatory annual contract term. You can cancel on a monthly basis, subject to a three-month notice period.

Can I upgrade from BASIS to PRO?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Your data, settings and contracts are fully preserved. The difference in monthly fee is settled immediately.

What are guest accounts?

Guest accounts are intended for suppliers. Through a guest account, a supplier can collaborate in the contract dashboard: uploading documents, confirming actions and viewing agreements. BASIS has no guest accounts; PRO offers up to 50 and PRO CONNECT up to 150. Enterprise has unlimited guest accounts.

How do the AI limits work?

The AI limits indicate how many contracts or KPI documents the AI automatically reads per year. PRO supports ~50 AI contract readings and ~200 KPI monitorings per year. PRO CONNECT doubles that to ~100 and ~500. Enterprise has no limits. If you reach your limit, you can upgrade or get in touch to arrange a tailored solution.

What if I need more users?

Additional user accounts are available as an add-on on top of your current plan. Contact your Customer Success Manager or our sales team for the options and rates.
