Frequently asked questions about pricing

Am I tied to an annual contract?

GRIP works with monthly billing. There is no mandatory annual contract term. You can cancel monthly, subject to a three-month notice period.

Can I upgrade from BASIS to PRO?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package at any time. Your data, settings and contracts are fully preserved. The difference in the monthly amount is settled immediately.

What are guest accounts?

Guest accounts are intended for suppliers. Through a guest account a supplier can work along in the contract dashboard: upload documents, confirm actions and view agreements. BASIS has no guest accounts; PRO offers max 50 and PRO CONNECT max 150. Enterprise has unlimited guest accounts.

How do the AI limits work?

The AI limits indicate how many contracts or KPI documents the AI reads automatically per year. PRO supports ~50 AI contract readings and ~200 KPI monitorings per year. PRO CONNECT doubles that to ~100 and ~500. With Enterprise there are no limits. If you reach your limit, you can upgrade or get in touch for a custom arrangement.

What if I need more users?

Extra user accounts are available as an add-on on top of your current package. Get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or our sales team for the options and rates.
