Frequently asked questions about pricing
Am I locked into an annual contract?
GRIP works with monthly billing. There is no mandatory annual contract term. You can cancel on a monthly basis, subject to a three-month notice period.
Can I upgrade from BASIS to PRO?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Your data, settings and contracts are fully preserved. The difference in monthly fee is settled immediately.
Which user roles are there?
GRIP has four roles. An administrator manages all settings and configuration. A contract manager edits contracts, imports them, enriches them with AI, sees all measurements and manages actions. A contributing user supplies data, logs actions and reports, and views measurements for their own location or contract: that covers both a site manager within your organisation and a supplier. A read-only user only looks on, for example a board member. The role determines the permissions, not the job title, so a buyer or business manager simply falls into the role that matches their work.
How do the AI limits work?
The AI limits indicate how many contracts or KPI documents the AI automatically reads per year. BASIS includes 1 contract reading to try it out. PRO supports 15 AI contract readings and 75 KPI monitorings per year, PRO CONNECT 25 and 125. Enterprise has no limits. If you reach your limit, you can upgrade or get in touch to arrange a tailored solution.
What if I need more users?
An additional contract manager costs €65 per month on top of your plan. Extra contributing and read-only users are arranged in consultation, as we do not charge for those as standard. If you structurally need many more, for example as a large organisation with dozens of contract managers, we put together a tailored plan.
What is the difference between PRO and PRO CONNECT?
The connections. PRO and PRO CONNECT offer the same functionality for contract management, quality monitoring and AI. PRO CONNECT adds two custom connections to your ERP or FMIS, plus SSO and the Open API, along with slightly more capacity and support. If you work without a connection, PRO is the right plan.
