GRIP founded
GRIP was born on 1 January 2016 with the ambition to revolutionise the management of facility contracts. Our initial platform offered the ability to import, process and visualise facility data both manually and automatically for clients.
This facilitated an optimisation in collaboration between clients, suppliers and intermediaries through more transparent agreements.
Introduction of quality management
The platform grew with quality measurements. Not just managing contracts, but also measuring performance and making it visible for all parties involved.
Split — GRIP becomes independent
We expanded our offering with three new applications: contract management, audit software and dedicated DKS software for cleaning quality control. These products, including our original dashboard, are designed to integrate seamlessly with each other.
GRIP split from CONTRAST and continued as an independent company.
Introduction of Financial Management
Financial management was added to the platform. Full transparency in costs, invoice control and budget monitoring make GRIP a complete contract management system.
Personal: in 2020 I obtained my CATS CM® Foundation certification —
because I believe that good contract management is the foundation of every sustainable partnership.

With an eye on continuous improvement and growth, we moved to a new home at Nieuwe Hemweg 48 in Amsterdam. Here we continue our commitment to improving the experience of building users.
