GRIP Facility founded

GRIP Facility was born on January 1, 2016 with the ambition to revolutionize the management of facility contracts. Our initial platform offered the ability to import, process, and visualize facility data both manually and automatically for clients.

This facilitated an optimization in the collaboration between clients, suppliers, and intermediaries through more transparent agreements.

2017

Introduction of quality management

The platform grows with quality measurements. Not just managing contracts, but also measuring and visualizing performance for all stakeholders.

2018

Spin-off – GRIP becomes independent

We expanded our offering with three new applications: contract management, audit software, and specific DKS software for cleaning control. These products, including our original dashboard, are designed to seamlessly integrate with each other.

GRIP splits from CONTRAST and continues as an independent company.

2019

Introduction of Financial Management

Financial management is added to the platform. Complete transparency in costs, invoice control, and budget monitoring make GRIP a complete contract management system.

2023

Relocation to Amsterdam

With an eye on continuous improvement and growth, we moved to a new home at Nieuwe Hemweg 48 in Amsterdam. Here we continue to dedicate ourselves to improving the experience of building users.

2024

New proposition & rebranding

A completely renewed proposition and rebranding. AI-driven document processing, smart analytics, and a fresh appearance. With 200+ organizations relying on GRIP daily, we are ready for the next phase.
