Et comment une ville peut-elle conclure des accords avec tous les fournisseurs tout en pouvant reellement les surveiller ? Voici les questions auxquelles Stad Antwerpen etait confrontee a l&rsquo;ete 2019 lors de la redaction des documents d&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;offres pour le programme de gestion des contrats.<\/p>\n<p>Ils recherchaient un outil convivial pour la gestion des contrats et le suivi de la qualite, qui les aiderait egalement a evaluer la situation actuelle. Un autre defi important etait la repartition des roles entre les nombreux intervenants en gestion des installations, necessitant differentes autorisations. GRIP Facility permet de definir les droits d&rsquo;acces appropries pour chaque partie prenante. Grace a un plan d&rsquo;implementation clair et efficace et plusieurs sessions d&rsquo;explication sur site a Anvers, toutes les parties concernees ont pu se familiariser etape par etape avec le logiciel.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, les employes de Stad Antwerpen ne peuvent presque plus imaginer qu&rsquo;ils traitaient auparavant tout par e-mail et Excel. Avec GRIP, ils ont maintenant le controle de leur enorme contrat de nettoyage et des 400 batiments. Non seulement tous les calculs sont desormais automatises, mais les resultats KPI suivis par Atir Belgique, Facilicom et Stad Antwerpen sont egalement visibles dans le tableau de bord GRIP.
