An agreement is concluded upon written confirmation by GRIP Facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 4 &#8211; Execution of services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GRIP Facility will execute the agreed services to the best of its ability. GRIP Facility has the right to engage third parties in the execution of the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 5 &#8211; Client obligations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Timely provision of required information<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy of provided data<\/li>\n<li>Secure storage of login credentials<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with applicable laws and regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 6 &#8211; Intellectual property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All intellectual property rights to the Platform and Services belong to GRIP Facility. The Client only receives a non-exclusive right of use for the duration of the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 7 &#8211; Prices and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 8 &#8211; Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GRIP Facility&#8217;s liability is limited to direct damages and to the maximum amount paid out by the insurer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 9 &#8211; Force majeure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GRIP Facility is not liable for shortcomings resulting from force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 10 &#8211; Confidentiality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Both parties are obliged to maintain confidentiality of all confidential information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 11 &#8211; Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GRIP Facility processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and the privacy statement on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 12 &#8211; Duration and termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Termination must be done in writing with a notice period of at least one month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 13 &#8211; Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GRIP Facility reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 14 &#8211; Applicable law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dutch law applies to all agreements.
