This includes department heads, property managers, and building administrators. The biggest challenge the city faced was the role and authorization distribution among the various facility stakeholders. For example, the authorization for building managers needed to be more limited than for contract managers. It had to be possible for a building manager to submit a request for a quote, which would then be reviewed and approved or rejected by the contract manager. Once this process was complete, the supplier could begin submitting the quote according to the pricing agreements in the contract.<\/p>\n<p>Another challenge was the digitalization of the process: complicated calculations via email and Excel often led to errors in agreements. Met een duidelijk en effici\u00ebnt implementatieplan en verschillende uitlegrondes op locatie in Antwerpen konden alle betrokken partijen stap voor stap wegwijs gemaakt worden in de software.<\/p>\n<p>Intussen kunnen de medewerkers van Stad Antwerpen zich bijna niet meer voorstellen dat ze vroeger alles via de mail en Excel verwerkte. Met GRIP hebben ze nu controle over hun enorme schoonmaakcontract en de 400 gebouwen.\u00a0 Niet alleen worden alle calculaties nu geautomatiseerd berekend, ook de KPI- resultaten die zijn bijgehouden door Atir Belgi\u00eb, Facilicom en Stad Antwerpen, zijn zichtbaar in het dashboard van GRIP.
